Tülü Returns Policy

What's Eligible for Return?

Most items are eligible for return, with a few exceptions:

  • Customized or pre-order products
  • Adult-sized items in any category
  • Items with additional sleeves, dupattas, or personalization
  • Specific exclusions: hair accessories, underwear, vests, rakhis, pillows, bedding, blankets, bunting, play mats, towels, photo props, diapers, bows & ties, bangles, and doll dresses

To return an eligible item, ensure it is in its original packaging, with labels and tags intact, unused, and in good condition.

How to Return an Item?

Email us at support@tulu.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the items you wish to return. Ship the items back to us within 30 days from the delivery date. Our return address is:

You can use a local courier, friend, or family member to return the package. Note that you are responsible for return shipping costs and any non-refundable customs charges if applicable.

When Will I Get My Refund?

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items to ensure they are in good condition. After that, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Note that shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes are non-refundable.

What If I Receive a Defective Product?

If you receive a faulty or defective product, email us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve the problem promptly.

What If My Customized Order Is Incorrect?

We thoroughly check each product and customization before shipping. However, if your customized item does not match your request, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Include your order number and photos of the product with a tape measure for accuracy. We’ll address the issue and work towards a resolution.

Important Notes:

  • Product measurements may vary slightly (1-2 inches), and customized items might be up to 3 inches larger for girls and 5 inches larger for boys than your provided measurements. Design and fit can also affect looseness.

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please return the eligible item and place a new order for the correct size.

How to Cancel an Order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours from the order date. If your order is already on its way, we won’t be able to cancel it. To cancel, email us at support@tulu.com with your order number, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Additional Information:

  • Gift card balances cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Once a product has been used, we cannot guarantee its durability as usage varies.
  • Product images are professionally taken, but actual colors may differ slightly.
  • If an item is missing from your shipment, notify us within 24 hours of receipt, and we’ll investigate the issue.
